Productivity Indicators Related To
The Third Quarter Of 2009 Have Been Published
Production
per person employed has increased by 0.9% compared to
the same quarter of the previous year and decreased by
0.2% compared to the previous quarter in manufacturing
industry
In the third
quarter of 2009, index of production per person employed
has increased by 0.9% compared to the same quarter of
the previous year in manufacturing industry while an
decrease of 0.2% has been seen compared to the previous
quarter.
Production
per hour worked has increased by 2% compared to the same
quarter of the previous year and not changed compared to
the previous quarter in manufacturing industry
Index of
production per hour worked, which has increased by 2% in
the third quarter of 2009 compared to the same quarter
of previous year, has not changed compared to the
previous quarter in manufacturing industry.
Production
per hour worked has increased both compared to the same
quarter of the previous year and the previous quarter in
mining and energy sections
The index
of production per hour employed has increased by 19.3%
compared to the previous quarter and 4.5% compared to
the same quarter of the previous year in mining section.
Similarly, the index of production per hour employed has
increased by 11.2% compared to the previous quarter and
3.3% compared to the same quarter of the previous year
in energy section.
Maximum
increase in production per hour worked has been seen in
“manufacture of n, e, c” and maximum decrease has been
seen in “manufacture of coke, refined petroleum products
and nuclear fuel” compared to the
same quarter
of the previous year in manufacturing industry
Maximum
increase in the index of production per hour employed
has been set at 19.4% in the subsection named
“manufacture of n, e, c” compared to the same quarter of
the previous year. Manufacture of n, e, c includes the
manufactures that have not covered by the other
subsections such as furniture, jewellery, recycling,
musical instruments, sports goods, toys manufacturing.
Maximum decrease in the index of production per hour
employed has been set at 19.4% in the “manufacture
of coke, refined petroleum products and nuclear fuel”
compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
Maximum
increase in production per hour worked has been seen in
“manufacture of electrical and optical equipment“ and
maximum decrease has been seen in “manufacture of
chemicals, chemical products and man-made fibres”
compared to the
previous
quarter in manufacturing industry
